Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions Malaysian parents and students ask most about our online tuition — classes, SPM, UASA and STPM, fees, payment, refunds and replays.
Classes & replays
How do online classes at EasyFormHub Tuition work?
Classes are live on Zoom or Google Meet at a fixed weekly time. Each subject has about four live lessons per month, a replay of every lesson, downloadable notes and a short weekly quiz. You join from a laptop, tablet or phone.
How many students are in each class?
Live classes are capped at 30 students so the tutor can still answer questions in the chat and on the mic. If you want closer attention, optional small-group clinics have a maximum of 6 students, and 1-to-1 sessions are also available.
What if my child misses a live class?
Every lesson is recorded. Replays, slides and notes stay available in your student dashboard for the whole month you have paid for, so your child can catch up any time.
Which language are classes taught in?
Most Mathematics and Science classes are taught in English with key terms in Bahasa Melayu, following the DLP and KSSM terminology. Sejarah and Bahasa Melayu are taught in Bahasa Melayu, and Bahasa Cina in Mandarin. The class page shows the medium for each course.
SPM, UASA & STPM
Do you follow the KSSM syllabus for SPM?
Yes. All Form 4 and Form 5 classes follow the KSSM syllabus and the current SPM format set by Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia, including KBAT (higher-order thinking) questions.
What is UASA and do you prepare Form 1–3 students for it?
UASA (Ujian Akademik Sesi Akhir) is the end-of-session academic assessment for lower secondary students that replaced PT3. Our Form 1–3 classes follow the KSSM syllabus and include UASA-style practice papers in the final term.
Do you offer STPM tuition?
Yes. We offer STPM Mathematics T for Semester 1, 2 and 3, with timed tests every two weeks and guidance on the school-based coursework assignment. More STPM subjects will be added based on demand.
Which subjects do I need to pass to get the SPM certificate?
To receive the SPM certificate you must pass Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah. That is why we run dedicated SPM Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah classes alongside the science and mathematics subjects.
Fees, payment & refunds
How much does tuition cost?
Sample fees: Primary from RM55, Form 1–3 from RM60, Form 4–5 (SPM) from RM75 and STPM from RM120 per subject per month. There is no registration fee. Pay for 3, 6 or 12 months and you get 5%, 10% or 15% off automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online with FPX online banking, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Receipts are emailed instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid month as long as no more than one paid live class has been attended. After that, unused months can be refunded on a pro-rated basis. See the Terms page for details.
Are there sibling or multi-subject discounts?
Yes. Siblings get an extra 5% off, and taking three or more subjects gives a further 5% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Free trial & getting started

A stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps is recommended), a laptop, tablet or phone with a microphone, and the Zoom or Google Meet app. A notebook and calculator for Mathematics and Science subjects.

How do parents track progress?
Parents receive a short monthly progress report with quiz scores, attendance and tutor comments. You can also message the tutor team through WhatsApp for updates.
Tutors
Who are the tutors?
