Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 October 2026 · These Terms are a sample template for a demo website and should be reviewed by a qualified Malaysian lawyer before going live.

By registering for, paying for or attending classes with EasyFormHub Tuition (“we”, “us”), you (“student”, “parent” or “guardian”) agree to these Terms. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.

1. Our services

We provide live online tuition classes, recordings (replays), learning materials, quizzes and progress reports for Primary, Form 1–5 and STPM students in Malaysia. Class schedules, tutors and content may be updated to maintain quality.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. Accounts are for one student only and may not be shared.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are charged per subject per month as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
Payment is made in advance via FPX online banking, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR or debit/credit card through our payment gateway.
Multi-month, multi-subject, sibling and referral discounts apply as published at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Access to classes and replays is activated once payment is confirmed.

4. Free trial

New students may attend one live trial class free of charge. Trial access is limited to one per student.

5. Refunds

7-day satisfaction guarantee: you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid month, provided no more than one paid live class has been attended.
After that, prepaid months that have not started can be refunded on a pro-rated basis, less any discount received for the longer plan.
The current month is non-refundable once more than one class has been attended, but may be converted into credit at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

6. Classes, replays and make-up lessons

Live classes run at the scheduled time in Malaysia time (MYT). Replays remain available for the paid month.
If a tutor cancels a class, we will schedule a replacement class or provide a credit.
Public holidays may be rescheduled; we will announce changes in advance.

7. Code of conduct

Students must behave respectfully in class and in class chat groups. Harassment, sharing inappropriate content, or disrupting classes may lead to suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All class recordings, notes, slides and quizzes belong to EasyFormHub Tuition or its tutors. They are for the enrolled student’s personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, shared, sold or uploaded elsewhere.

9. Tutors

Tutors are engaged under separate agreements. Tutor profiles and qualifications are provided in good faith.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best to help students improve, but we do not guarantee specific exam results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected month. We are not liable for interruptions caused by the student’s internet connection or devices.

11. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
